Our consultancy practice was formed in the year 2005 as  Lloyd seimon consultancy services. Sole proprietor Mr. Lloyd Christopher Seimon a chartered structural engineer with over 35 years of experience developed this company to a partnership in Collaboration with Carted Achitect M. sakunthala seimon.

Lloyd seimon consultancy services has developed an office that works through all phases of the project from initial concept drawings, visualizations, to finding the right staff to execute the project at the highest standards. We do not stop working once the drawings are done but follow the construction progress closely and resolve details on-site with builders. We listen, solve and act. In doing so Lloyd seimon consultancy services is able to integrate sustainable building practices, quality material and practical solutions to produce architecture imbued with thoughtful detailing, logical function and flow that fit the clients needs and nestle into the context in which it is built. We bring a worthy addition to contemporary and modern architecture in Sri Lanka.
